To us, this business policy means more labour than we would have by merely opening and ‘cashing’ daily received orders by e-mail. However, (for both you as purchaser and us) it can mean a prevention of a lot of problems (afterwards) in case you have ordered (or received) the wrong product or will be faced with a (too) long delivery time because (contrary to the promises) the ordered product is not available for immediate delivery.
